My Responsibilities
Contract freelance photographer for finished installations and site photography
Capturing completed furniture pieces (benches, seating, planters, parklets)
Framing work in environmental and community context
Shooting for both digital portfolio and social content use
Delivering high-quality images suitable for web, print, and proposal decks
Collaborating with the Respoke team on shoot planning and access
Shooting under varied outdoor conditions and lighting situations
Efficient turnaround of edited deliverables

Reflection
Working with Respoke on an ongoing freelance basis has deepened my ability to photograph built environments and functional design in real world contexts. Documenting these installations — from furniture pieces to larger parklet installations — sharpened my skills in situational problem-solving, adapting to outdoor conditions, and showcasing how design interacts with public space. The experience strengthened my visual storytelling across diverse environments and expanded my portfolio beyond studio and product work into built environments and placemaking imagery.
